I was once a skinny kid with the dreams of building muscle and gaining strength. After spending hours of research everyday and learning from others bigger and stronger than me, I was able to build my own routine that helped me achieve my goals. I wish I had all this information when I first started, which is why I created this program to share with you guys what I learned and what had worked for me. This workout program is designed to help you learn the basics of training and how I personally train which you can implement in your own workouts. It has all the knowledge I have acquired from researching and experience to help you out and achieve the same goals I have achieved.
